Helloooooo, Reno, and welcome to the Worst Little Podcast! We are joined by a full cast and crew tonight and we’re hella excited to share some time with roaming singer-songwriter Liam Kyle Cahill! We’re catching up on the last week of Reno shenanigans with all our hosts, including our review of Generation We: a HipHOpera. Spoilers: we loved it. We’re also recapping Offbeat Fest, and, oh yeah, we have a musician here! We’re welcoming Liam Kyle Cahill back to the podcast for the first time in a couple of years! He’s got some stuff to say and some exclusive songs to preview here for you! So let’s get into it.

Liam’s sound has been described as Mumford & Sons in a bar room brawl with Bob Dylan at a punk rock concert. Liam hails from Reno and has spent most of the last couple of years touring full time. World traveler and touring musician, Liam has earned the label Nomad By Fate.

Friday-

Friday is the opening night of Get Bent: The Musical. We had the cast of Get Bent as our guest a couple of weeks ago. I am really stoked to see it and you should be too! Tickets and details here!

See The John Whites at The Loving Cup Friday night! John is playing his new album with the full band. You’d be a dummy if you missed this. 21+ 9 p.m. No cover

For something a little more intimate, head to the house show at 7th Street Station for M. Lockwood Porter: Full Band Show! If you haven’t been to Tim’s place you’re missing out. This is a good one to dip your toes into. All ages. $15 and worth every penny. Make sure to click through to the event page for tickets.

Saturday-

See Three Bad Jacks / Donkey Jaw/ The Habituals at Shea’s Saturday night. This show will be major. 21+ 8 p.m.

Sunday-

Chaki / 7-Out/ Hector Acevedo are playing at Shea’s Sunday night. Check out some local hip-hop and Latin guitar. 21+ 8 p.m.

Monday – Watch some Netflix, fuckers. We all need a day of rest.

Tuesday –

Anderson East is playing a free show sponsored by 100.1 the X at Chapel. He is in regular rotation on the X and I am way excited to see him. 21+ 6 p.m. No cover

Wednesday –

THIS IS MAJOR SO PAY ATTENTION: Jeremy Enigk, front-man for Sunny Day Real Estate, is playing in a FUCKING LIVING ROOM Wednesday night. Drop everything and buy your ticket. As of this recording there are 10 tickets left. See the guy from Sunny Day Real Estate sing like 5 feet from your face. All ages at 7th Street Station. 8 p.m. $30 (worth it).
